Chef Carrie Nahabedian’s posh but often discouragingly expensive take on French cuisine will delight anyone who longs for tradition. The buttoned-up service may prove too stuffy for some, but the kitchen’s elegant creations—think king crab with serrano ham or horseradish-filled Dover sole—utilize luxurious ingredients in the most debonair of ways.
