At this white-tablecloth affair, Mauro Mafrici makes pastas that don’t often leave the old country—garganelli with sage-hen ragu and veal ravioli in silky pistachio sauce—and Italian delicacies such as roast rabbit. But they come at a steep cost, especially for the rather timid appetizers. Invest in the wine list instead.
