Shanghai Terrace
Critic’s Notes
Chef de cuisine Elmo Han’s opulent take on Chinese fare would taste great in a phone booth, but it pairs particularly well with Shanghai Terrace’s romantic dining room. The signature secret sauce, ladled assertively over a mélange of flounder, king crab, scallops, and sea cucumber, only adds to the allure. Expect hefty prices and uneven wait times but also the most decadent Chinese feast in the city.
