Lincoln Park condos

LINCOLN PARK
FROM $895,000
TO $1,199,900

A builder whose client decided two years ago not to go forward with a large single-family home in Lincoln Park has converted the planned structure into three condos. The single-level middle condo at the contemporary three-flat (at 1823 North Halsted Street) has been sold, but two multilevel units remain. The two condos share sleek finishes and underground parking, but they are otherwise very different—as reflected in the $300,000 difference between their prices.

The bottom unit has two bedrooms in the basement level and a third on the first floor; it also has a rear terrace and is priced at $895,000. The top unit, priced at $1,199,900, has two bedrooms on its main floor (the building’s third floor) and a large master suite on an upper floor, which includes a loft overlooking the living room. Reached by a private elevator from the parking level, this condo has east- and west-facing terraces on its main floor and a rooftop deck with about 1,200 square feet that offers good views of the skyline and the neighborhood. Mike Vesole of @Properties is handling sales on both condos.
