On April 11, Chicago magazine hosted 100 guests at The Blanchard, the magazine’s 2016 Best New Restaurant. Restaurant owner and executive chef Jason Paskewitz served an exquisite four-course meal complemented with specialty Journeyman Distillery cocktails presented by Celebrity Cruises and Chloe wine. VIP guests received an exclusive cocktail reception where they enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres and Chloe prosecco. Presenting sponsor Cadillac displayed an ATS-V onsite and provided VIP guests with complimentary rides to and from the event and valet for all attendees. A portion of the evening’s proceeds benefited St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
