February 22, 2016—Chicago magazine hosted more than 100 guests at Intro—one of the featured Best New Restaurants of 2015—for the first Secret Supper of 2016. Intro’s executive chef Stephen Gillanders and visiting chef Jessica Largey, a James Beard Award winner, served an exquisite seven-course meal for VIP attendees and a five-course meal for general admission guests. The menu was complemented with specialty Journeyman Distillery cocktails, presented by Celebrity Cruises, and 90+ Cellars wine. VIP guests received an exclusive cocktail reception in the kitchen to mingle with the chefs as they prepped for the evening. A portion of the evening’s proceeds benefited St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
