On February 10, Chicago magazine hosted the first Secret Supper of the year at the newly opened RPM Seafood. The night kicked off with a mixology demonstration led by the restaurant’s beverage director, Ben Schiller, where guests customized their own old-fashioneds with Woodford Reserve rye. Diners enjoyed a five- course meal by executive chef Bob Broskey and were treated to a sweet surprise when each table got an extra dessert course to end the night. In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, each guest went home with a mini bottle of Prosecco courtesy of 90+ Cellars and a box of chocolates from Chicagoland Acura Dealers. A portion of the evening’s proceeds benefited Common Threads.
