On November 6, Chicago magazine hosted over 100 guests at Margeaux Brasserie for the fourth and final Secret Supper of 2017. Executive Chef Brenton Balika showcased five courses of expertly prepared French cuisine, complemented with Diageo cocktails and 90+ Cellars wine. Baptiste and Bottle kicked off the evening with an exclusive cocktail reception for VIP ticket holders and featured passed champagne and hors d’oeuvres, a live mixology demonstration, and a special tasting of Johnnie Walker Blue Label and Johnnie Walker Aged 18 Years. Presenting sponsor Cadillac provided all VIP guests with complimentary rides to and from the event, plus valet for all attendees. Event sponsor Celebrity Cruises treated attendees with a hot towel prior to the first course. A portion of the evening’s proceeds benefited Blessings in a Backpack.
