Last month, Chicago hosted more than 100 hungry guests for the year's third Secret Supper at Free Rein (224 N. Michigan Ave.), the snazzy new eatery in the St. Jane Hotel. Chef Aaron Lirette whipped up five courses of French-inspired fare as guests sipped wine from 90+ Cellars and cocktails by booze company Diageo. A portion of the evening’s proceeds benefited Jackson Chance Foundation, a nonprofit that provides free hospital parking to parents with babies in the ICU.
