In the February 24 general election, Mayor Rahm Emanuel led with 45.6 percent of the vote, but that wasn't enough to avoid a runoff against Jesus “Chuy” Garcia, who pulled in 33.5 percent.

Tuesday’s runoff will determine the mayoral race as well as 18 City Council seats.
