Enjoy a four-course dinner from avec alongside chef de cuisine Dylan Patel as he shows how to prepare his signature dishes, chorizo stuffed medjool dates and salmon escabeche.
Tickets include a carryout meal kit for two provided by avec featuring fresh, pre-measured ingredients for a four-course meal, cooking instructions, bottle of 90+ Cellars, two bottles of Stella Artois, giveaways, tax and gratuity, and exclusive access to the live Zoom interactive cooking class.

FIRST COURSE (Cook along with Dyan Patel)
Chorizo-stuffed medjool dates with piquillo pepper-tomato sauce
Avocado and roasted baby carrots with garlic toum, za’atar, and black lime
THIRD COURSE (Cook along with Dyan Patel)
Salmon escabeche with grilled sourdough and garlic aioli
Toffee pudding bars with smoked caramel and sea salt
