Available in-store and online, discounted items include a gold and white topaz double cuff from Elizabeth and James (reduced from $425 to $212.50) and a pastel-hued python handbag by Nada Sawaya (reduced from $1,230 to $861). Deals continue until the goods are gone.

The Nordstrom (55 E. Grand Ave., shop.nordstrom.com) anniversary sale, which offers steep discounts on brand-new fall merchandise, is in its final days. Wrapping up on August 2, the sale includes discounts on items such as Tory Burch boots (reduced from $495 to $319.90) and Chloe totes (reduced from $1,895 to $1,268).

Ted Baker (1009 N. Rush St., tedbaker.com) is hosting a summer sale, with items discounted by up to 50 percent. Opening

Belle Up, a maternity store, is set to open on August 15 at The Shops at North Bridge (520 N. Michigan Ave., theshopsatnorthbridge.com). The 2,000-square-foot space, according to the Chicago Tribune, will sell a mix of maternity gear and contemporary women’s clothing.

Trunk Shows

Neiman Marcus (737 N. Michigan Ave., neimanmarcus.com) will host an Alexander McQueen trunk show on August 4 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The show will take place on the department store’s second floor.

Vera Wang stages a “pre-fall collection” preview at Saks Fifth Avenue (700 N. Michigan Ave., saksfifthavenue.com) on August 5 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Pop-Up

The Lolla Shop, a pop-up shop in honor of all things Lollapalooza, will remain open at Block 37 (108 N. State St., blockthirtyseven.com) through Monday, August 3. The shop stocks festival t-shirts and commemorative posters along with sneakers by Bucketfeet, sunglasses, guitar straps, and more.
