Top Sales This Week

Anne Fontaine (909 N. Michigan Ave., annefontaine.com) is offering its spring and summer merchandise at 30 to 50 percent off. In addition to blouses, the sale prices apply to select accessories and handbags. The sale is also running online, where items include a flounce cotton blouse (reduced from $350 to $245) and a calfskin belt with floral applique (reduced from $450 to $270).

At Escada (51 E. Oak St., escada.com) sale items are an additional 20 percent off. Score styles such as summery dress in pure yellow silk (reduced from $1,495 to $478.40) and a floral-print, crepe skirt (reduced from $1,475 to $472).

It’s a little hot to start thinking about cold-weather gear, but it’s actually a good time to stock up. At Barbour (54 E. Walton St., barbour.com) if you buy more than one item, you’ll get 50 percent off the whole purchase. The shop specializes in jackets, and sells waxed, quilted, casual, and leather styles.

At Icebreaker Merino (icebreaker.com), the end-of-season sale takes 30 percent off end-of-season styles. Goods include a long-sleeved, fleece zip hoodie (reduced from $220 to $154) and a fleece vest (reduced from $150 to $105) that’s suited to snow sports.

Goorin Brothers (1533 N. Milwaukee Ave., goorin.com) is hosting its annual summer sale. Running in store and online, the sale takes 40 percent off select styles. Discounted items include the floppy “Shalone” hat (reduced from $62 to $37.20) and the wide-brim fedora “South Beach” style (reduced from $60 to $36).

Florodora (330 S. Dearborn St., florodora.com) is holding its semi-annual “Scandal Sale.” The sale takes 10 to 50 percent off all merchandise in the women’s boutique, and in Florodora Shoes, which is just down the hall. But, staffers can’t say how long the sale will run. “That’s part of the scandal—and the fun!” said a rep when we called.

Market

Randolph Street Market (1340 W. Washington St., randolphstreetmarket.com) strikes again this weekend. Running Saturday and Sunday, the urban market has a “Tropical Punch” theme. It will showcase some 300 vendors selling jewelry, fashion, and more— there will also be a tiki bar.
