This Week’s Top Story

Kohler Waters Spa Lincoln Park (2358 N. Lincoln Ave., kohlerwatersspalincolnpark.com) is now open at Lincoln Common. At 20,000 square feet, the brand’s first city spa has water-themed décor, and treatments to match.

Past a burbling waterfall feature at the front desk, there’s a co-ed Thermal Suite (bring a swimsuit!) that invites guests to complete a “hydrotherapy circuit.” You can plunge into a cold pool, chill in a hydro-massage pool, or pop into the steam room or sauna.

Grab a glass of flavored water on your way to up the treatment rooms. Services include some of the brand’s signature hydrotherapy applications, including Lavender Rain ($159 to $169). After a lavender-and-eucalyptus exfoliation, you’ll get rinsed off under a Vichy shower; the session also includes warm stones and moisturizer.

Other treatments, such as the City Life Facial ($180 to $225), are aimed at combatting the harsh effects of city living, and are exclusive to the Lincoln Park location.
