German company Hagemann has been creating flora and fauna charts for classrooms since 1929. Who knew they'd become all the rage in home decor? Elizabeth Cronin, owner of Asrai Gardens, says customers are buying the prints in sets and hanging them along hallways, in kitchens, and over couches. "Mine are over my bed," she says. Although the charts ($275) are sold as roll-up scrolls, the scroll mechanisms can easily be removed and the art framed, for a more polished look. Asrai Gardens, 1935 W. North Ave., 773-782-0680
