No one channels bold, potent ingredients into subtle broths and sauces better than Koren Grieveson, whether it’s chorizo-stuffed medjool dates or basil-mustard hanger steak with escarole and grapefruit. The wood-burning oven churns out delightful flatbreads and a classic roasted whole fish. The only drawbacks are the claustrophobic communal seating and an annoying no-reservation policy.
