CBBR, with its lively food and boisterous vibe, has been the go-to place for tapas since 1985. Fried green peppers and garlicky grilled squid top the tapas list, while a terrific paella highlights the entrées. Try some Basque pintxos, too, like red piquillo peppers stuffed with short-rib meat. Desserts are pleasant minor players. Good sangría and well-priced Spanish wines.
