This modest spot has a huge menu of familiar dishes and “unique Chinese food.” The former includes sliced pork and watercress soup and Hong Kong–style spiced smelt. Others may dare pork liver and kidney with wood ear mushrooms and Chinese okra, or fun stuff involving duck chins and goose intestines—you might like them. Especially if you wash them down with a smoothie.
