The kitchen at this River North French bistro long ago mastered the classics: escargots, steak au poivre, juicy roast chicken. Tender rack of lamb, duck sauced in green peppercorns, and blueberry bread pudding with vanilla ice cream are also on the mark. Slow service, but affordable French wines make the wait bearable.
