Edgewater’s steadiest storefront restaurant has a menu, packed as it is with cheapo throwbacks such as scallion pancakes and moo shu beef. Look into Taiwanese specialties like the tasty 3-Cup Chicken (its recipe calls for a cup of rice wine, a cup of soy sauce, and a cup of sesame oil). Skip dessert.
