“Prasino” is Greek for “green,” and everything here—from the smart decor to the eco-friendly kitchen sink—is green to the max. Naturally the menu emphasizes organic and sustainable sourcing. Generously portioned and globally inspired meals begin with red-wine-poached artichokes with lemon basil aïoli. Next up might be grilled skirt steak topped with feta and guajillo sauce with pepita cilantro orzo. Greek yogurt panna cotta with organic blueberry syrup brings the meal full circle.
