Ethiopian food hypnotizes with its intensely flavored stews and spongy, sour injera (bread), and this welcoming spot has a worthy array of greatest hits, as well as a few less familiar items. Order the qosta (spinach), yebeg de berbere (lamb in spicy tomato sauce), and doro wat (a classic chicken dish), and you’ll wonder why there aren’t more Ethiopian places in town.
