Once upon a time, long before there were Korean taco trucks and anyone had thought to charge $12 for a steamed bun, there was something called Asian fusion. Really, it was French with a dash of Japanese or, at its wildest, Thai. The genre lives on here, where tables of regulars sing the praises of the duck confit pot stickers, ginger-glazed salmon with edamame purée, and hanger steak with miso béarnaise.
