Alzheimer’s Association Chicago Rita Hayworth Gala

May 11, 2013–The 26th annual Alzheimer’s Association Chicago Rita Hayworth Gala at the Hilton Chicago raised a record-breaking $1.5 million for Alzheimer’s Association care, support, and research programs. More than 900 guests attended the Mother’s Day weekend tradition and paid homage to the elegance of the silver-screen legend. Founded by Princess Yasmin Aga Khan, the Gala is a tribute to her mother, Rita Hayworth, who lost her life to Alzheimer’s disease.
