Where do I post an addition to the "Mayor Daley Bucket List" in the September issue? Where do we vote, as the article mentioned?

My addition to the list is to disinfect the water as part of the sewage treatment system so the Chicago River provides a cleaner, safer place to enjoy nature while in the city. I am a kayaker, and nature lover, and believe the Chicago River could be an amazing asset for the city if treated properly. All other major cities, and many smaller ones, disinfect as part of the water treatment. It is a project that is long overdue for Chicago.
