The annual Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce Daniel Burnham Award Dinner celebrates outstanding business leaders who are also great civic leaders. Sponsored by Chicago magazine, the 27th Burnham Award was given to Christopher M. Crane, President and CEO of Exelon Corporation.

Crane was introduced by two students from Lindblom Math and Science Academy, Saniya Drake and Cynthia Rivas, whom he knows through his and Exelon’s support of CPS STEM programs. Chamber President and CEO Jack Lavin used the occasion to lay out a strategy to make Chicago’s talent, infrastructure and mobility the best in the world.
