Now's the time to go back. Even though prices are down, people are still buying and that's what sustains a Realtor. Homes that are priced right are selling, regardless of what you hear in the news. Go back and give it a try - you might try to focus on adjusting to this new market, rather than using the same sales techniques as you may have used in the early 2000s. Take a class on how to educate your clients about pricing to sell today - it will do wonders for your business.
