Thanks for the great tips. I agree that staging your home is a great way to make a positive impression on potential buyers. Also buyers really trying to sell their home fast should look into alternative buyers and "buy your houses" type businesses. Some of these individuals and businesses can make an offer on your house within 24 hours.
