The latest Heisler Hospitality (Pub Royale, Sportsman’s Club) spot leans heavily on Latin America for its inspiration, with plenty of Cuban tunes and ingredients such as yerba mate and pisco making appearances on its beverage menu. But there’s no kitsch, no overwrought theme-park vibe to it—it’s just a great place to drink, particularly right now.
