Dance for Life takes place this Saturday.

"On Saturday night, I'm going to Dance for Life, an awesome fundraiser for the AIDS Foundation of Chicago and one of the top annual dance events in the city. It's a showcase of some of the city's stellar talent—Hubbard Street, River North, Gus Giordano—but the vibe is akin to one big party. It's impossible not to have fun."—Cassie Walker Burke, executive editor

"I’ve been waiting all summer for Grant Park Music Festival’s finale performance of Stravinsky’s Rite of Spring, so I’ll be camped out most of Saturday at Pritzker Pavillion. I plan on grabbing some picnic items earlier in the day from Green City Market for dinner. Actually, the weather looks amazing this weekend so I just plan on spending as much time outside as possible. Maybe I’ll even go to the zoo!"—Paige Pritchard, editorial intern

"Friends invited us as their guests to see Fallow at Steep Theatre. I usually follow all the reviews, but I don’t know a thing about this show. What I do know is that Steep often does edgy productions, and I’m looking forward to it."—Penny Pollack, dining editor

"I’m going to the best folk show this month!"—Tomi Obaro, assistant editor
