It's time to embrace the age-old (and fast-fading) tradition of leaving one's home to see a movie on Christmas Day. If you're already sick of Christmas cheer, consider something depraved this year.

Tomorrow the Music Box Theatre kicks off "A Very Kubrick Christmas," a 10-day movie marathon honoring New York's nuttiest director. The mini film fest will feature 11 classics looped from 35-mm prints during its week-and-a-half run. Most films will get two screenings, but Kubrick's more twisted gems (Dr. Strangelove and The Shining) are scheduled for four, including two midnight screenings for the latter.

Check out the roster and show times below, and reserve your tickets in advance. The Christmas Day screenings—in this case Eyes Wide Shut and The Shining—almost always sell out. Happy horror!
