When I interviewed Peter Dunham and Linnea Gits of the design studio Uusi last spring, they spoke about their desire to nurture and promote the talent of other artists in addition to producing their own impressive lines. One name that came up back then was painter Anna Kunz, who splits her time between Chicago and Brooklyn; Uusi now has a limited collection of Kunz’s work for sale on its website. Rendered in gouache and ink on Japanese paper, these are delightfully colorful and graphic gems—and I want them all!
