For those who appreciate Greta Garbo–level glamour, Baker’s new collection of Tony Duquette reproductions—a total of 19 pieces—will cause serious heart palpitations. Duquette’s career spanned four decades (from the mid-1940s to the mid-1980s); he designed everything from theatre and film costumes and sets to jewelry, furniture, and interiors for Hollywood’s elite. Baker worked with Duquette’s foundation to mine its archives; most of the reincarnations are available in a choice of finishes. Baker, 825 W. Chicago Ave., 312-733-0353.
