The new 5,400-square-foot River North showroom Baltus brings its own brand of Riviera style to Chicago. With its sprawling contemporary white sofas, huge architectural tables and case goods, and gleaming metallic finishes (often paired to stunning effect with rustic wood surfaces), the Marbella, Spain–based company shows that Mediterranean style can have an urban side.
