April 13, 2010–For the fourth consecutive year, Chicago magazine honored five local eco-innovators in its annual Green Awards editorial feature. To salute these individuals, Chicago magazine partnered with Shedd Aquarium to hold a reception in Shedd’s newly renovated Oceanarium. Guests enjoyed a brief awards presentation, which included a documentary by Suree Towfighnia, followed by a private viewing of the aquarium’s beluga whale calf.
