Thanks to its location a few blocks from any other tall buildings, the new 22-story condo tower at 757 North Orleans Street sports some big views—and big windows and balconies from which to enjoy them. The nine-foot-high exterior walls are nearly all glass, and outside, the balconies, many of them oversize, are walled in glass, too. “It’s a very modern feel, very clean-cut,” says Dana Berke, the salesperson on the building for its developer, the Gammonley Group.

The building’s first residents arrived in November 2008; about half of the 198 units remain for sale. They range from a 644-square-foot studio priced at $249,055 to a 1,818-square-foot three-bedroom condo listed at $786,650.

Many of the condos have two bedrooms, and each of those is on a corner, which provides for a more dynamic view. There is also a one-bedroom-plus-den floor plan, where the glass-walled den pops out from the main layout and seems to hover over Orleans Street. The building’s amenities include an outdoor pool atop the six stories of parking, where spaces are priced from $35,000 to $40,000.
