"Patent Lace," by Jessica Lagrange Interiors, will be auctioned off at the 2010 "Chairs for Charity" event. On Wednesday, November 3rd, Chicago Home + Garden magazine will host its first-ever "Chairs for Charity” event, featuring an auction of vintage chairs given new life by Chicago’s top designers. One-of-a-kind chairs from Kara Mann Design, Bladon Conner, HGTV’s Monica Pedersen, and other designers from Chicago’s top design houses will be auctioned off to benefit Designs for Dignity. "Chairs for Charity" is from 6 to 8 p.m. at The Tile Gallery, 555 N. Franklin St., in downtown Chicago. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served. Tickets are $32.50 and are available online at www.chicagohomemag.com/chairs.
