Celebrate the wines of the Italian region of Calabria during a wine dinner at Publican Quality Meats (825 W. Fulton Market St., West Loop, 312-445-8977). During the span of five courses, you’ll dine on swordfish meatballs and ‘nduja toast paired with wines made with the area’s Gaglioppo grape.
