Last week: The owners of El Gallo Bravo in Albany Park have produced Autentico 5 de Mayo (3223 N. Clark St., 773-880-0082), open 24 hours a day for American breakfast food and Mexican tacos, enchiladas, and flautas.

Friday, 4/5: The team behind Chicago Curry House will serve traditional Nepalese and Indian cuisine at Nepal House (1301 S. Michigan Ave., 312-922-0601).
