Sauce, pork, and beer at Lillie's Q.

At 11 a.m. today, Lillie’s Q will emerge from the embers in its Chicago French Market location in the West Loop (131 N. Clinton St.)

The Bucktown location at 1856 West North Avenue, which suffered significant fire damage a week ago today, will remain closed.

At the new joint, chef/owner Charlie McKenna will offer a limited menu, including pulled pork sandwiches on brioche buns ($7), pulled pork by the half pound ($9), pulled pork by the pound ($17), and sides of Southern-style coleslaw ($3). The location will stay open until the day’s food is sold out.

Regular hours will resume at the Lillie’s Q French Market location, opening at 10 a.m. Saturday and again at 10 a.m. Monday-Friday.
