Seen: lots of late brunchers enjoying the brilliant blue sky and cold beer. Not seen: any spiraling flyovers from the Chicago Air and Water Show. No matter. The crowd at this brand new Old Town bar from the Four Corners Tavern Group (Kirkwood, West End, et cetera) seemed more into Sunday-afternoon socializing than aeronautical derring-do.
