Chicago's go-to nightlife expert, Sarah Preston writes the monthly column "Nightspotting" for the magazine and keeps us all a little hipper with her weekly updates from the nightlife front, Nightspotting 2.0, new every Thursday. But this consummate party girl has a day job, too: She's a staff editor and writer at playboy.com, where she attends Mansion parties "for work" and coaxes celebrities to open up about their sex lives. A martini can't be "on tap". You're thinking of the vodka, which is chilled and comes from a tap (according to Metromix). I hope that isn't right, because a classical dirty martini should be made with gin. Shame on them, and shame on you for making me do your homework.
