Morsels

A big name in drinking is setting down his cocktail shaker—Mike Ryan has stepped away from the bar at Sable (505 N. State St., River North, 312-755-9704) to take on a national education position with parent company Kimpton Hotels. Taking over for him will be John Stanton, who’s been with the bar since it opened.
