This spring, hardcore quarantine project bakers turned to this pocket-size, $12 cookbook, which contains just one recipe: for the Avondale restaurant Parachute’s famous potato-and-pork-studded bing bread. The instructions in the booklet’s 32 illustrated pages (bound by the people at Field Notes) are painstaking, but, hey, you've got the time.
