Japanese latte art master Hiroshi Sawada’s combination of demure green tea, vanilla syrup, cocoa powder, and a shot of espresso ($5.75) sounds like some kind of excessively saccharine Starbucks concoction. Instead, it’s smooth and balanced, the tea’s grassiness enhanced by the chocolaty undercurrent, and it’s by far the prettiest latte in the city.
